Co-Ownership Deed
When living together, it is a good idea to make sure that the title deeds of your property record who contributed financially, and what percentage share you will each get out of it.
Points to consider are:
- If you contribute unequally, how do you protect the person who has put in the most?
- If one of you dies, should the share automatically pass to the survivor?
- If one of you dies, does the survivor have automatic right to buy you out?
- If you fall out, what happens if you disagree about who should continue to live in the property?
A Co-ownership Deed will clarify the position practically & legally. We will offer the best solutions.

You should certainly also consider making or reviewing your will[s].
