Profile: Jo Sanger
Jo Sanger is a Conveyancer within our Residential Property Department.
Jo has been working in residential conveyancing since 2002 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives. She has experience of dealing with freehold and leasehold transactions for both registered and unregistered titles.
Jo provides an efficient, reliable and friendly service offering assistance with all aspects of the legal transaction on domestic sales and purchases along with re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
She will:
- Return your calls within 24 hours if she cannot speak to you when you telephone
- Liaise closely with third parties involved in your transaction to ensure matters progress quickly and smoothly
- Offer advice in plain English on each step of the transaction
- Provide a written quotation detailing fees and disbursements at the beginning of the transaction
- Minimise the stress involved in your transaction and aims to keep you fully updated along the way
In the course of her work, Jo participates in various business group meetings in the area representing the firm and is also a fluent French speaker. In her spare time, Jo likes to keep fit, cooking and entertaining and looking after her household incorporating 4 children and 2 cats.
