 Julie McDonald is a solicitor in the Family department.
Julie previously worked as a financial controller for a computer software company, before deciding to make a career change.
Julie graduated with an Honours degree in Law from University of Cambridge in 2005 before joining Gross & Co later the same year. She worked in the Commercial department of the firm, before moving to the Family department in September 2006. Having undertaken her training in Family law with Elizabeth Hodder, Julie now has experience in many areas of Family law. She maintains a proactive approach, which ensures consistency within the department.
Julie regularly contributes to the Gross & Co newsletter, and has recently been a guest on BBC Radio Suffolk discussing pre-marital agreements.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys listening to music and visiting the theatre and cinema. She also takes an active role in the local community, and is a governor at a local middle school.
Julie can usually offer clients a same day appointment service, for urgent matters.
