Sohan Sidhu
Sohan Sidhu is a Partner in the firm's Immigration Department.
He practices at the firm's main office in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and also at the firm's office in London W1.
He has been practising Immigration law since 1997 and has previously headed Immigration Departments across firms in West London and Reading, Berkshire.
His practice encompasses business related applications including Work Permits and Highly Skilled Migrant Permits and he also has extensive experience in assisting clients and family members in obtaining permission to enter or remain in the UK in both temporary and permanent capacities. He has also represented clients before Immigration Tribunals and has given lectures on immigration law.
Sohan is a committed immigration lawyer who seeks to obtain practical solutions for those facing immigration difficulties and he enjoys an enviable success rate. His clients have included pharmaceutical, oil and gas corporations, property development companies, restaurants, a large racehorse stud farm as well as private individuals in the UK and abroad.
