The IMMLAW service provided by Gross & Co. is headed by our senior partner Graeme Kirk who is recognised nationally and internationally as one of the foremost UK immigration specialists, with over 28 years' experience in this field. Gross & Co. is recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Legal Directories as one of the leading firms of Solicitors advising on UK immigration law.
Graeme and his team offer comprehensive services to British-based businesses wishing to employ foreign nationals, to foreign businesses and entrepreneurs wishing to set up in the United Kingdom and to private individuals and families wishing to live in the UK.
Gross & Co. are listed by the Home Office as one of the firms able to advise on the new Employers Licensing Scheme and the firm can provide all necessary advice to employers wishing to apply for a licence, including the provision of a report to the UK Border Agency, which will normally avoid the need for a site visit by the UK Border Agency prior to the grant of a licence.
Graeme's wide ranging knowledge and international reputation resulted in his 2000 - 2004 appointment as Chair of the Immigration and Nationality Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA). He has chaired and spoken at many seminars throughout the world and co-chaired the IBA Global Immigration Summits held in London in November 2003, November 2005 and November 2007. Graeme also acts as a consultant in UK immigration law to many UK and overseas law firms.
Our immigration team also consists of immigration partner Sohan Sidhu who is a highly experienced immigration lawyer, and immigration para-legal Gill Freeman who has more than 20 years experience.
