Profile: Sarah Lee
Sarah is a senior Legal Executive in our Wills and Probate Department. Having qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1986, she has many years’ experience in various aspects of private client law, including:
- Administration of Estates and Trusts
- Drafting of Wills
- Personal and Estate tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (Property & Financial and Health & Welfare)
- Advance directives (previously known as Living Wills)
Sarah believes that a sensitive, but practical attitude is essential when dealing with legal problems that confront individuals in their daily lives. This is especially important when someone has died. She aims to deal with the trauma of estate and will related matters with a minimum of fuss and by being sympathetic and dependable, but at the same time maintaining a professional approach.
Planning for you and your family’s future is an integral part of Sarah’s work. She will look at your needs and circumstances and those of your family, making sensible, practical suggestions and adopting realistic solutions where possible. This includes planning for old age and may incorporate advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney and care fees.
