What We Do
We are most often consulted about wills - and rightly so. A professionally drawn will is a must, and can often save significant amounts of tax.
However, we offer a full range of services to our private clients, including inheritance tax planning, trusts, powers of attorney, court of protection receivership and administration of estates.
We can also offer a comprehensive service to charities. We advise upon set-up, amalgamation, wind up, modernisation of constitutions, mergers, governance, trading & tax, fundraising, Charity Commission review visits and investigations.
We often bring a pragmatic and modern approach to our work, which increases speed and efficiency.
£30,000 Will Power!
We are delighted to report that over £30,000 has been raised through our support of the St Nicholas Hospice Wills Weeks campaign. As one of fourteen local firms who took part in the scheme which ran throughout June, these funds were raised from generous donations by our clients in return for our team giving up their time free of charge to prepare wills for them.
St Nicholas Hospice provides valuable support to patients and families alike, and we are delighted to have been able to help the continuation of their good work by donating our time.
