Sarah Lee is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Wills, Trusts and Probate Department. Having qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1986, she has many years’ experience in various aspects of private client law, including:
- Administration of Estates and Trusts
- Drafting of Wills
- Personal and Estate tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (‘Financial’ and ‘Health and Care’ decision)
- Advance directives (previously known as Living Wills)
Sarah believes that a sensitive, but practical attitude is essential when dealing with legal problems that confront individuals in their daily lives. This is especially important when someone has died. She aims to deal with the trauma of estate and Will related matters with a minimum of fuss and by being sympathetic and dependable, but at the same time maintaining a professional approach.
Planning for you and your family’s future is an integral part of Sarah’s work. She will look at your needs and circumstances and those of your family, making sensible, practical suggestions and adopting realistic solutions where possible. This includes planning for old age and may incorporate advice on Lasting Powers of Attorney and care fees.
Sarah is an established member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has gained wide experience with both local and London firms.
As a Dementia Friend, Sarah seeks to increase the awareness of dementia, supporting the work she does with older clients and clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s.
Sarah offers both new and existing clients a free half hour assessment to review their will or position generally. Please call her on 01284 763333 to arrange an appointment or complete the form to send her your contact details. She will then contact you to have an initial chat.
