Part-time secretarial role

We have a vacancy for a part-time secretary to work in our Commercial Department.

This role is a minimum of 15 hours a week, during which you will be supporting the Commercial Solicitor and also assisting the Immigration Department.

Previous legal secretarial experience would be an advantage but commercial knowledge gained in another professional environment would also be considered.

Part-time receptionist/administrator role

We have a vacancy for a part-time receptionist / admin assistant.

This role is for 15.5 hours per week on Thursdays and Fridays working front of house engaging with visitors, receiving deliveries and operating the telephone switchboard.

Previous telephone / office experience is essential.
